Try it before you pay

Every computer gets every premium feature for its first 30 days, with no payment. Test DrawnCamera with your own webcam and your own call apps before you pay anything.

14 days money back on your first payment

If you are not happy with your first Premium payment, monthly or yearly, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and you get the full amount back. You do not need to give a reason. Premium then ends, and the free plan keeps working.

Renewals and cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the period you already paid for runs to its end. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your DrawnCamera account, or reply to the receipt from the company that processed your payment. The money goes back to the payment method you used.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country. The rest of the subscription rules are in the Terms of Use.
